Jenna has been sick this week. Here are a few pics of the day at home. Next week I'll do a real post. I'm having too much fun with Instagram!

October Part 2
Here is the rest of our October fun (and a few from early November)! Sydney turned 3 on October 30. She is growing up so quickly! She is such a fun kid, loves to be on the go and hanging out with friends and family. She is smart, funny, inquisitive, and perceptive. She is a great big sister, and she is Jenna's favorite person.
We gave her a balance bike (no pedals) for her birthday. She gets a little frustrated with it right now, but I think she will get the hang of it soon.
Since Sydney got the bike, Jenna got her trike, with the handle and sides back on it. She was really happy!
We celebrated Sydney's birthday in San Angelo with a low key family celebration.
Sydney was so glad her cousins could help her celebrate!
Jenna was NOT happy at Sydney's party- she didn't want anyone to hold her (or talk to her) and would not smile.
Pre Halloween- dressed up and went to a carnival in San Angelo with all the cousins! Here are Aaron, Abi, Sydney, and Jenna. Jenna was an unhappy strawberry...
Until she saw Neeme and Papa's duck walking around. She LOVES the duck and gets excited every time she sees it.
The kids ran after the duck. Sydney got so close to it, which is great for her since she is still afraid of animals.
Sydney with Josh at the carnival
Ready to go trick or treating at home on Halloween- Jenna was an unhappy strawberry again! She did not want to sit for a picture.
Ready to roll, trick or treating with friends, including baby Samantha. We contained Jenna in the stroller for a bit!
Neighborhood friends- they had so much fun trick or treating together. They really got into it this year!
Big girl insisted on walking by herself
Sydney got this adorable horse purse from Liza for her birthday.
Reading with Liza- we love it when she comes over to hang out!
For the past several weeks, Jenna has been obsessed with Sydney's backpack, dragging it all over the house, saying "backpack" over and over again. Sydney doesn't mind, which is good!
Sister fun!!! They have so much fun together.

October Part 1
The month of October came and went! We had a great month enjoying the fall season.
This is a picture Sydney drew at daycare- one of her first drawings of people!
And she is starting to write letters! She wrote the "Momm" at the top, and I helped her with the other letters.
Fun in the toy cabinet! The girls have so much fun playing together.
We went to a small pumpkin patch to pick out a few pumpkins.
Carving time! Sydney was more interested in her box of animal crackers, and Jenna was more interested in playing! So BJ did a great job on the pumpkins.
Jenna's mean look! She changes from smiling to this mean look so quickly.
I think Sydney enjoyed putting stickers on the small pumpkins more than carving the big ones.
Sydney's first haircut!!! She wasn't sure what to think at first.
All good with sparkles in her hair and a lollipop!

Vacation!
Well not a recent vacation... but the last week in September, BJ and I took a week off and went on a Caribbean cruise. We also spent a couple of days in Miami before. It was wonderful! It was definitely the most relaxing we have done in 3 years. We are so lucky that our parents were willing to keep the girls for so long. We actually didn't take a lot of pictures, but here are a few!
In Miami, touring the bay
Always have to try the local gelato
Our hotel - we stayed in South Beach
Bahamas- so beautiful. BJ was relaxing in the water.
You can barely see the parasail in the sky- that was BJ! He loved it.
St. Thomas- we toured the island (not so much to see) and went to the beach.
San Juan, Puerto Rico- BJ played golf at the Trump Golf Club, and I rode along. It was a lot of fun!
Grand Turk- we went power snorkeling. So much fun!
BJ had to take the obligatory holding up the ship shot.
We had first class seats from Dallas to Miami and back, which was a highlight of our trip! It was our first time in First Class- so much fun! Here is BJ enjoying his warm towel.
The girls had a great time while we were gone! Thank you SO MUCH Neeme, Papa, and Granny!!!! (So, same time next year?!?!?)
