June

Well it seems I am always two months behind!  Now we're looking back at June.

BJ and I had a date night planned, but our sitter fell through, so instead of Eddie V's we went to Gattiland.  Almost the same thing...

We all had a great time playing the games though!

Wyatt spent 15 minutes transferring cheerios between his bowls.

Party store fun!

Lunch pictures to entertain while we waited.

Luckily date night was back on a couple of weeks later!

We finally made it to the Austin Zoo.  It's small, but you can get really close to the animals, and it wasn't crowded the day we went.  The kids had a great time.

Wyatt is such a boy!  He spent most of our time at the park this day moving the mulch around.

Franklin BBQ Day 2014!  For the second year in a row, we went to Franklin with our friends the Prewitts.  We took the day off of work to spend the morning in line without kids.  It was more crowded than last year, but we had a great time and enjoyed the food just as much.  We got there at 8:30 and sat down to eat at 12:30.

BJ and I *may* have overordered.

Then I was off to San Angelo to help Mom after her hip replacement surgery.  BJ was living the single dad life.  He texted me this picture titled "Single Dad's view from the toilet".  Haha- not a moment's peace.

And then we were all back to Sea World, this time with Neeme and Papa, Abi and Aaron.

Spoon practice!

Jenna carried this roly poly around all evening- she named it "Bella".  Then Bella got away.

I could only get him to smile for me by saying "bye" and waving!

Birthday party time!!!  We had the party a week before her birthday.  Jenna helped me make cupcakes.  Of course when I asked her what kind she wanted, she said, "What kind do you want, Mommy?"  So we decided that we wanted chocolate with vanilla frosting.  :)

Sydney wrote Jenna this sweet note for her birthday party.

Her party was at The Little Gym, and she had so much fun being the center of attention!

Then the girls and I went back to San Angelo to help Mom out for a few more days.  We were missing our boys so we traded selfies.

Sydney looks so old here!

Look at Granny up and about!  The girls liked her walker.

We got to celebrate Jenna's birthday again!

May- Sea World, Surgery, Summer!

May was pretty busy for us!  BJ took Wyatt to a monster truck show, which he loved every minute of.  They dressed the part.

We headed to Sea World yet again!

Sweet sister, always helping Wyatt.

We had some time to kill waiting for dinner at the hotel so we took a bunch of pictures.  Crazy pose- love Jenna's face

Silly face- love Sydney's face here!

Sea World day!

Jenna's first time on Atlantis

Wyatt's first time- he was not impressed.

The girls rode the super tiny Shamu roller coaster by themselves.  They thought they were pretty big!

I had surgery to remove the hardware from my ankle, so this was my view for a little while.

This is the two plates and twelve screws that were taken out.

Super Granny to the rescue!  She came to stay with us for two weeks while I was on crutches.

Sydney gave me a plant for Mother's Day, so the kids helped BJ plant it.

For the second year, Granny went to the Mother's Day brunch at daycare with the girls since I was not able to.

Wyatt was sick pretty frequently for a couple of months.  Granny had to take him to the doctor for blood draw to check for an infection.  Poor guy.

We spent a lot of time playing in the backyard.

"Hey Mom, take a picture of me doing this!".  Haha!

The girls had a dance recital, so we crammed into our car, with BJ in the back!  The recital was not a good production, but the girls had a good time and looked so cute.

We went to Allison's birthday party, and the girls were all in coordinating outfits, not on purpose!  Sweet friends.

Just another day reenacting Frozen.  You know what scene this is!  And we don't have an Elsa dress, but a blue Cinderella dress is close enough.

Another day in the backyard!

Life with a boy.  We told him a million times to leave the electrical outlet alone.  He kept on going back.  :)

Preschool graduation!  Sydney was very excited.

Her teacher, Ms. Kathy, was the best!  She has since left the daycare, and Sydney really misses her.

This boy loves him some trucks!

We went to the Robersons' family lake house for a day on Memorial Day weekend and had a great time.

Brrr the pool was still a little cold.

They had a crawfish boil, and the kids had so much fun playing with a few of them.

We went to see Disney on Ice!  It did not include Frozen, but the girls wanted to wear their new tshirts and braid their hair like Elsa/ Anna anyway.  We all really enjoyed the show.
