Sleep is for Wimps

Or so these little girls decided! Between Sydney's sleep issues continuing for a bit and Jenna's usual newborn habits, sleep has been scarce in our house. But now Sydney seems to be back on track sleeping through the night, so that helps. And when you have these two adorable faces to look at, somehow it makes being ridiculously tired a little easier to bear.

This was the first time Sydney held Jenna at home.

She saw her umibilical cord stump and said, "uh oh, uh oh" then pulled it! Luckily she didn't do any damage. Only the first time of many that Jenna will be tormented by her big sister, I'm sure!

My mom stayed for a while, and we really appreciated the help with both Jenna and Sydney, and the good cooking!

Sydney moved to a new bedroom and gave her old room to Jenna. She has a big girl bed in there as well as a crib, and she will stay in the crib for a while longer. She loves to play on her bed though.

so of course Sydney wanted him to hold her too. Anytime one of us has both girls in our lap, or if they are in the double stroller, Sydney says, "two babies!".

For a couple of days Sydney kept putting on one of BJ's socks- it was a short sock too but came up to her knee. She would just wear it around for an hour or so at at time. Silly girl!
