Five Generations

Five generations together- pretty amazing. Here's Sydney with Daddy, grandmother Neeme, great grandmother Nannie and great great grandmother Mam Ma. What a lucky little girl- so many grandmas to spoil her!

Miss High Maintenance

Sydney is still adjusting to our new daycare schedule. She has been very very fussy and moody, and she doesn't like to be by herself for a minute. Not many good pictures in the last couple of weeks because we can't catch her smiling on camera. Maybe next week! So here are a few random ones.

Enjoying Our Weekend

Saturday Sydney wasn't feeling very well (surely not sick already after only three days at the germ factory, I mean daycare...). But today she was back to her happy self, so we have been enjoying our time to play together!

This is our first attempt at a hairbow- Sydney still doesn't have enough hair to wear it longer than 5 min. Can't wait until her hair grows a bit!

It was hard to get these pictures, because she just wants to chew on her hands lately.

First Week at Daycare

Well, we survived our first week of daycare! Or partial week since I went back to work on Wednesday. Sydney is doing well so far- we are all still working on adjusting to the new schedule.

Thursday she woke up at 5:45am and decided she was up for the day- so here she is watching tv with Daddy in bed for a bit while I was getting ready!

No, she isn't running for office just yet. The photographer that took Sydney's newborn pics has a contest on her blog with one pic from each recent session. Sydney is #7 (the bassinet pic below) so vote for her by Thursday.

This bassinet was BJ's grandmother's that she used with his mother, and then his mother used with him. The picture was taken outside by the creek next to our house. What a special picture.

Happy 3 Months

It's hard to believe Sydney is 3 months old already!

Visits With the Grandparents

Sydney is a lucky girl! She had visits this week from the grandparents and great grandparents. Unfortunately between the vaccines she got and being out and about too much, she wasn't a very happy girl. Guess they'll have to come back to visit soon to see her in top form!

She did not feel well after her vaccines- she fell asleep on the ottoman in the living room. Poor thing!
