Happy Easter and April

April was very eventful for us!  We started the month off in San Angelo celebrating Easter with family.

The girls enjoyed helping Granny decorate the traditional bunny cake

And they loved the egg hunt at the Hoolihan

I really wanted to get a picture of the all three kids.  First try was at Neeme and Papa's house.  Per usual, Jenna was not cooperative for the pictures.

Second try at Granny's house.  This time both girls were crazy!

Then they were clearly over the picture taking

And finally got a decent pic.  I probably took over 50 pictures!

BJ made this cross a few weeks before Easter.  Our Sunday School class put together a flowering cross for our church.

We were not there to see it, but a friend sent us a picture.  So beautiful!

 

Trip to McDonalds with Neeme- such a treat!

Sydney has just taken an interest in picking out her own clothes.  This actually looks pretty good, but sometimes her outfits are rather creative!  Her favorite socks are a black and orange Halloween pair- nice.

At almost 3 1/2 months, Wyatt rolled over from back to front!

Sweet baby... on this day, he actually stayed asleep in his carseat for a while after we got home from an errand, which is rare.

Back to work and first day of daycare!  BJ had to leave early this day, so Sydney took the picture, which is why it is really blurry.

Wyatt has done great at daycare.  He is pretty laid back.  Sometimes he doesn't nap much at all there, so he is very tired when he gets home.

Sydney said, "Look at me, I'm Daddy!" and was so proud of herself for putting her sunglasses on top of her hat like BJ always does.

I had a short overnight work trip at the end of April, and Mom came to help out for a couple of days.  When I got back in town, Wyatt had two ear infections.  Poor baby!

Super Granny to the rescue!  She stayed a couple of extra days to keep Wyatt at home, so we could still work.

4 months old!

Smothered in kisses!  The girls are so sweet to him, and he's a good sport!

Such a Daddy's girl!

We loaded up the bikes and went to a trail in our neighborhood, and Wyatt and I walked while they rode bikes.

"Wait for me, guys!  Don't leave me!"  Poor Jenna just couldn't keep up on her trike, and she got tired of riding it.

BJ sold the Jeep in April.  He was rarely able to drive it, and he wanted to get a new project started.

So half of our garage was empty for one week, until this moved in!  A 1967 Camaro.  Stay tuned in about a year for some awesome pictures!  Right now it is just a pile of rust.  BJ has a lot of work ahead, and he is really excited about the project.
